COLA is planning its 12th annual Dogoween costume contest and ‘fun’draiser.  This year, we are partnering with Friends of Magnolia Manor Park to raise money for all the existing Seattle Off Leash Areas, and our next OLA in Magnolia Manor Park. Your help is needed to make this year's event spectacular!

We're looking for support in the following areas:

• Assistant Event Coordinator - love details, details, details?  Want to make things happen?  This is the spot for you!  We need someone willing to help oversee the various details of making this day come together.  You don't have to do it alone; we're here to help, we just need someone who can assist and focus on making this event happen, while we take care of the business of the parks!
• Assistant Donation Wrangler - We have raffle prizes, contest prizes and much more to secure!  With your help, COLA can raise more money to do the things that really need to get done in the parks.  We need assistance contacting businesses to secure donations for this event.  We need help with phone calls, item pick up, making prize baskets, and more
• Dogoween Kleen Work Party – Come out on Friday, October 21, 2011 from 5-6 pm to help us clean and spruce up Magnolia Manor Park before the big event!
• Wrap and Stuff Party – give us a hand from 1 pm to 4 pm on Saturday, October 15th to put together the ‘goodie’ bags for our costume contest entrants (and their owners) and to make/wrap the prize, silent auction and raffle baskets.
• Day of Event - Sell raffle tickets, assist with the costume contest participants, handle the concessions booth for drinks & snacks.  Give a couple hours for the set-up, during the event, or help us take it down.  We'd love to have your join us!  Bring your dog and join the party!
• DONATE!  Make a basket we can use as a raffle or silent auction prize or give as a contest prize for our winning costumed friends!  Donate a gift certificate from your favorite restaurant or business  Items do not have to be specifically dog related.
